In Malaysia's online entertainment space, many platforms offer a "VIP program" — but most are empty labels that deliver no real value to players. bm69 is different. From the very first day this platform was founded, our goal has been to build a VIP program that truly means something: a reward system that is honest, transparent, and delivers benefits you can feel every time you log in.
The bm69 VIP Programme is built on a simple principle — the more you trust us with your time and money, the more we give back to you. This isn't just a marketing slogan. It's a commitment we uphold through a solid cashback structure, genuine personalised service, and consistent rewards every week and every month.
Every bet you place at bm69 — regardless of game type — automatically earns VIP points. The accumulation rate varies by game type: slots generally award points faster due to more frequent spins, while live casino games such as baccarat and blackjack also award points based on the wagering value of each round.
What's great is that VIP points at bm69 never expire — as long as your account is active, all accumulated points are retained. This means players who play consistently over the long term will continue to rank up without worrying about losing their progress. The system is designed to reward long-term loyalty, not just players who make large deposits all at once.
💡 Quick Rank-Up Tip: Focus on the games you know best. Don't change your playing style just to accumulate points faster — consistent play and sound bankroll management will take you further in the bm69 VIP program than any short-term strategy.
One of the most valued VIP benefits among Malaysian players at bm69 is the weekly cashback system. Unlike standard cashback that only applies when you lose a certain amount, bm69 VIP cashback is calculated based on your total wagering — meaning you receive a return regardless of whether you win or lose during that period.
Cashback is credited every Monday morning based on the previous week's activity. Rates start from 5% for Silver members up to 30% for Elite Diamond members. The amount is credited directly to your withdrawable balance — not to a bonus balance with additional wagering requirements. This is real money you can use to keep playing or withdraw whenever you choose.
Bm69 VIP members gain access to exclusive game tables unavailable to regular players. These tables are purpose-built with higher betting limits, a more exclusive atmosphere, and highly experienced live casino dealers. For baccarat enthusiasts, the bm69 VIP Baccarat table offers betting limits of up to RM50,000 per round — making it the premier choice for serious players.
Beyond higher limits, bm69 VIP tables also feature a smaller number of players — ensuring a more personal, relaxed, and focused gaming experience. No distractions, no noise — just you, a professional dealer, and the game you love.

One of the most common complaints among Malaysian online players is slow and burdensome withdrawal processes. At bm69, we address this directly through our VIP programme. VIP members receive priority processing — their withdrawal requests are handled before those of standard accounts.
Gold members enjoy withdrawals within 4 hours, Platinum within 2 hours, Diamond in under 1 hour, and Elite Diamond receive instant withdrawals. No extra questions, no unnecessary delays — your funds reach your bank account within the promised timeframe. This is the service standard we are proud to deliver to every loyal bm69 VIP player.
Bm69 VIP accounts come with additional security layers to protect your funds and personal information. 256-bit SSL encryption ensures all data transmitted between your device and bm69's servers is fully secured. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all VIP members to ensure only you can access your account.
